Hi Les,  I have to say in fairness to the guy that did your site that he did (in my view) an excellent job of it.

...once it was complete, it was quite a good site, but there were always problems. From planning to completion, they took 8 months to build it. They made silly mistakes, like putting hyperlinks of one colour text, onto the same colour background, and on and on! Even once complete, we noticed that there were incorrect phone numbers and email addresses.....and that's just the tip of the iceberg!

Yes Julian. They are unable to let anyone other than the registered name access the help service. There's been dozen s of emails back and forth, but they insist they cannot help
