Afternoon all
Couple of bowls finished recently from oak burr, the large one is 370mm x 90mm and the smaller one was cored from the larger is 255mm x 55mm, finish is hard wax oil and microcrystalline wax. c&c welcome

For me this is great. A wood with lots going on, and a shape/form that is simple enough to allow the wood to shine. The fact that you got a 2nd blank out of the first is the cherry on the cake. Well done :)
